We offer a full refund within 21 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The return request must be made within 21 days of the delivery date.

  • The paddle must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Please allow refunds to process up to 10 days

If the paddle shows signs of heavy use, damage, alteration, or misuse, it will not qualify for a full refund.
